Mentoring

We value mentoring and training the next generation of diverse scientists. We believe that the most effective training allows individuals to become their own scientist with an identity that is distinctly theirs. Our mentoring philosophy centers around the uniqueness of each individual and tailors training to each person’s interests and strengths. By building confidence and providing professional development in a respectful and collegial environment we aim to prepare lab members for impactful careers in biomedical research.

Postdoctoral ​Fellows

Graduate ​Students

Current graduate students at Baylor College of Medicine are welcome to email Kyle about available rotation and thesis projects in the lab.
